On our support service offers a guarantee of speed and technical competence highly qualified dedicated to disadvantages of nature mechanical, electrical and software, which is running for 12 months from delivery of the plant, but continues on customer request.
When it is not possible the construction of a new plant, the D e D shall make available, for its own customers, integrated solutions with studies of changes on machinery operating, in order to make them more efficient, reliable and, if necessary, CE marked.
The quality and reliability of our products is supported by always the utmost attention that our company is also to post sale assistance.
The D e D offers different solutions to deal with failures of any nature on machinery or to third parties:
- telephone assistance
- technical intervention at the headquarters of the customer
- via modem/ADSL (only possible on machines prepared)
As regards the maintenance, the D e D offers to its two opportunities:
- scheduled maintenance: Are simple interventions to visits planned, according to customer needs and to the type of installation, designed to keep thesis to maintain in perfect functionality and efficiency the application
- extraordinary maintenance: provides for a visit at the request, on the part of our technical times and costs to assess the necessary intervention to restore and/or improve the functionality of the facility in question.
